Daily Disinfection

Preparation before treatment

1. Turn on the water and circuit switches to check whether the functions of the dental chair can work normally.

2. Use clean water to rinse all water pipes, dental handpieces, three-way syringe, water cups, etc. for 2 minutes.

Disinfection after treatment

1. Remove all dental instruments for autoclaving.

2. Use clean water to rinse the pipes of handpieces, three-way syringes, scalers, strong and weak suction and other equipment with water for 20-30 seconds.

3. Dilute with SAFETY hypochlorous acid disinfectant and purified water at a ratio of 1:4. Wipe and disinfect the surfaces of dental chairs such as oral lamps, side boxes, spittoons, headrests, seat cushions, and armrests.

 

Next Day Disinfection

1.Configure the Sanitizer

* Pour pure water into the dilution bottle to the top of the blue block in the 1:4 ratio area.

* Then inject the disinfectant stock solution to the top of the black box in the 1:4 ratio area.

* Finally, shake the sterilizing water gently until it is completely combined.

  1. Waterway Disinfection

* Toggle the switch to the bottled water state.

* Disinfect the dental chair water pipeline.

* Clean and disinfect the water pipes of dental handpieces, three-way syringes, scalers, mouthwashes and other water pipes for diagnosis and treatment.

 

Every Week Disinfection

  1. Dilute with SAFETY hypochlorous acid disinfectant and purified water at a ratio of 1:4.
  2. Thoroughly wipe and disinfect all surfaces of the dental chair. Rinse with clean water afterwards.

Pay attention

1. If you use alcohol to disinfect, please clean it up with water immediately after wiping.

2. Do not use acid or alkaline disinfectant such as 84 disinfectant, soapy water, etc. to wipe, so as to avoid damage to the leather

 

Spittoon Cleaning

  1. Dilute with SAFETY hypochlorous acid disinfectant and purified water at a ratio of 1:4.
  2. Take out the spittoon ceramic cover and filter and soak in disinfectant for 2 minutes.
  3. Wipe the surface of the spittoon with a disposable towel wet with water.
  4.  Clean the soaked spittoon ceramic cover and filter and put them back in place.

 

Suction Tube Disinfection

1. Dilute with SAFETY hypochlorous acid disinfectant and purified water at a ratio of 1:4.

2. Remove the saliva suction head and use disinfectant to sterilize the strong and weak saliva suction tube and the mouth of the saliva suction tube.

3. Dry it with a disposable towel and put it back in place.

 

Cushion Disinfection

1. Wet the disposable towel after diluting it with SAFETY hypochlorous acid disinfectant and purified water.

2. Wipe the surface of the seat cushion with a towel moistened with disinfectant, then replace it with water and wipe it again.
